Return & Refund Policy

All LRZ Sports products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is custom-printed specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect size/design selection made at checkout.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your mug arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, contact us at Walt@WaltBernard.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Order Errors: If we made an error in fulfilling your order (wrong design, wrong item), we'll correct it at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable: Because these are made-to-order items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons outside the above (wrong size ordered, changed your mind, etc.).
